  • Can I have just a logo?

    Simply put, No. Effective brands require a whole lot more than a logo. Offering you “just logo design” is doing you a disservice. For this reason, we only offer complete branding packages.

  • Do I really need Brand Strategy?

    Do you want to attract your target market? Do you want to stand out from your competitors?

    If you answered “yes” to any of these — you need a strategy.

  • When can we get started?

    We tend to book out 1-2 months for larger projects.

    If you’re looking for a new brand, like yesterday, we can open up our schedule for smaller-scale services such as brand photography and our signature package, The Staycation.

  • What is the investment to get started?

    Every project is truly different. We serve clients with different needs and goals. To get an accurate quote for your project, we’d love to discuss your specific desires.

    To give you a broad overview, our branding packages range from $3-10K, depending on your custom deliverables.

  • Do you have payment plans?

    Yes! We typically break all of our projects into 2-3 payments depending on the cost and scope of the project.

  • What platforms do you design on?

    Our software expertise ranges per project, but you can expect us to be working in the full Abobe Suite, Squarespace, Shopify and Canva.

  • How many revisions is included with Brand Design?

    We do our absolute best to present you with a brand identity that is exactly what you need and incorporates everything we your brand needs to reach your initials goals.

    We present one brand identity concept based on your brand strategy. Typically no revisions are needed. On the chance they are, our design packages include 2 reasonable revisions.

    If you require more than your scope allows and/or want to change the concept by more than 50%, a new project order will be required.

  • What's the photoshoot process like?

    Our goal is to create images and videos that you can truly use in all areas of your brand.

    We create a creative direction prior to each shoot that covers locations, props, wardrobe styling, hair and makeup.

    All shoots come with color, black and white as well as reasonable retouching.

    It’s typically a 2-3 week planning process and you can expect to receive your edited visuals 2 weeks after your shoot.

  • I just need a website, can you design one?

    No, we only design websites for our clients who have already gone through our design process.
